Q: When I press the button, it does not vibrate.
A: Lock feature is activated. Quickly press the button three times.
A: Unit is not charged, plug it in for a minimum of approximately 30 minutes.
Q: When I press and hold the button, the speed does not change.
A: Once the light stops flashing, you have reached the highest speed.
Q: I want to gradually increase speed as I go along, but it always stops and then I have to press and hold again for longer each time.
A: You can increase speed by pressing and holding the button. If you do not press and hold long enough (more than two seconds), the vibrator will turn off.
Q: My Leaf goes on by itself.
A: Unit feature needs to be locked; otherwise it will go on at the slightest touch as a minimal vibration.
Q: The light on the button(s) do(es) not go on.
A: Your Leaf is running low on charge or power. Charge it by inserting the adapter into the recharge port.
Q: I dropped my Leaf, is it broken?
A: Like all electronic devices, Leaf is a delicate product that can obtain internal damages. It is possible that your Leaf could be broken. To test its productivity, lock and unlock it, plug it in and charge the device and then check the frequency of its performance.
